Timbaland and Swizz Beatz’ hugely popular music battle series “Verzuz” is partnering with Peloton to bring fans music-filled workouts while at home.

“Verzuz,” the web series that brings together hip-hop and R&B legends to battle over discographies in two 10-song rounds, has seen much success since introduced during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The popular battle series has seen epic battles between legendary producers Teddy Riley and Babyface, iconic singers Erykah Badu and Jill Scott, Brandy and Monica, rappers 2 Chainz and Rick Ross, Young Jeezy and Gucci Mane, and DMX and Snoop Dogg.

Millions have tuned in to watch the live streams, causing even political figures such as Stacey Abrams and Kamala Harris to peek in on the action. Now, Verzuz is partnering with Peloton to bring music battles to their own workouts, according to Rolling Stone.

The two are collaborating on “Peloton Verzuz,” which is a collection of themed workouts set to a specific artist’s catalog or new album.

“When you look at Verzuz and Peloton, you’d be like, ‘Oh snap.’ It just sounds right,’” Timbaland said during the video announcement.

“The energy of Verzuz keeps fans on the edges of their seats, exciting and motivating them — much like a good trainer does,” Swizz Beatz tells Rolling Stone. “Felt like the perfect fit.”

“This is an ongoing partnership where, in the true spirit of Peloton and Verzuz, we’ll aim to surprise and delight our community,” Gwen Riley, head of music for Peloton, tells CNN Business.

While the Peloton Verzuz series won’t have live performances, playlists of each Verzuz battle will be made available to all Peloton fitness subscribers. The playlists will begin rolling out March 29, starting with Brandy vs. Monica.
